We allow up to 2 pets with no breed or size restrictions. We require a $250 non-refundable fee per pet due at move-in and a $25/month pet rent per pet.

We run eviction, credit, rental, employment, and criminal background checks. We require a combined household income of at least 3x rent, no collections out to other property managers or utility companies, no open bankruptcies, and no eviction judgments within the past five years.

A $84 utility fee covers Water, Sewer, Trash Removal, Landscaping, Snow Removal, Pest Control, and Parking.
