These studio apartments feature a corner layout with a secluded kitchen area and closet space. The kitchens are fully furnished with a full-size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and plenty of counter and cabinet space. Each upstairs apartment is equipped with hook-ups for a washer and dryer. We can furnish the washer and dryer for an additional charge—ask your Leasing Specialist for details!

We allow up to 2 pets with no breed or size restrictions. We require a $250 non-refundable fee per pet due at move-in and a $25/month pet rent per pet. A monthly utility fee includes water, sewer, trash services, lawn care, pest control, parking & snow removal

We run eviction, credit, rental, employment, and criminal background checks. We require a combined household income of at least 3x rent, no collections out to other property managers or utility companies, no open bankruptcies, and no eviction judgments within the past five years.
